Job Title: Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in civil works, particularly in residential towers. The ideal candidate will lead the planning and execution of civil engineering components of large-scale construction projects. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including architects, structural engineers, and MEP engineers, to ensure project success while adhering to budget and safety standards. A strong background in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, and Primavera is required.

Joining within one week is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership:

   • Lead and manage the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering components in construction projects.

   • Supervise and coordinate with design teams, site engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

   • Review and approve technical drawings, BOQs, and design documents.

2. Technical & Compliance:

   • Provide technical input during the tendering and bidding processes.

   • Ensure projects comply with local codes, standards, and regulations.

   • Conduct technical evaluations and value engineering for cost-effective project execution.

3. Coordination & Stakeholder Management:

   • Work closely with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure design and execution alignment.

   • Manage communication with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of information and resolve issues promptly.

4. Material & Methodology Review:

   • Review material submittals and method statements, ensuring compliance with project specifications.

   • Identify and resolve technical issues on-site to avoid project delays and ensure quality standards.

5. Project Planning & Monitoring:

   • Prepare and monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure deadlines and financial targets are met.

   • Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).

• Licensing: Professional Engineering license or certification as per regional requirements.

• Experience: At least 10 years of experience in technical civil roles, specifically in the UAE.

• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.

• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
