Job Title: Real Estate Sales Agent 

Job Description:
We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial properties while assisting clients in finding the perfect property that meets their needs and budget. This role offers the opportunity to engage in property viewings, close sales transactions, and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote & Sell Properties: Assist clients in selecting residential and commercial properties based on their preferences and financial capabilities.

• Conduct Property Viewings: Schedule and conduct property tours for potential buyers or renters, addressing their questions and concerns.

• Negotiate Sales: Facilitate property transactions, ensuring smooth negotiations and helping clients make informed decisions.

• Prepare Contracts: Draft contracts and manage all necessary documentation related to property transactions.

• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with Dubai’s real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.

• Build Client Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with clients and developers, offering continuous support and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet individual and team sales targets to drive business growth.

• Compliance: Adhere to RERA regulations and company policies to ensure legal and ethical standards are met.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (mandatory) and at least one of the following languages: Russian, Hindi/Urdu, Farsi, or French.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

• Presentation: Presentable with a professional demeanor.

• RERA Certification: Preferably holds a valid RERA card.

• Driving: Preferably owns a car and holds a valid UAE driving license.

• Sales Ability: Proven track record of working in a competitive sales environment, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.

• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
