Job Title: Packing Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Packing Assistant to join our logistics and production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging products accurately and safely, maintaining inventory of packing materials, and ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of the packing area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Packaging: Package goods according to company guidelines, ensuring correct labeling, sealing, and protection for transportation.

• Quality Checks: Perform visual inspections to detect product defects and report issues promptly to supervisors.

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of packing materials and notify the supervisor for timely restocking.

• Clean & Organized Work Area: Maintain a tidy and organized packing station and dispose of waste materials properly.

• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the production team to meet daily packaging targets and ensure seamless workflow.

• Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures strictly and report hazards or incidents immediately.

• Process Improvement: Suggest improvements for packaging efficiency and material usage where applicable.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience in packaging or warehouse operations is an advantage.

• High attention to detail and manual dexterity.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

• Basic computer literacy for inventory data entry.

• Current residence in the United Arab Emirates.
