Scholars International Group is actively seeking a Graphic Designer to join its creative team in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity ideal for a passionate and innovative designer with a flair for visual storytelling and a strong grasp of emerging AI design technologies.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, admissions, and academics to develop compelling visual content that aligns with the organization’s brand identity. The ideal candidate will have experience in both traditional design tools and AI-powered platforms such as Midjourney or DALL·E, bringing a forward-thinking approach to every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design impactful materials for both print and digital platforms, including brochures, social media content, event branding, and web assets.

• Use AI-based tools to accelerate creative production and generate innovative design solutions.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.

• Translate concepts into visuals through mood boards, mock-ups, and final assets.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, software updates, and AI advancements in the creative field.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a graphic designer with a strong, diverse portfolio.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Experience with AI graphic design tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar platforms.

• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline (preferred).
