Daniele Pescara Consultancy, a prominent boutique international business advisory firm based in Dubai, is hiring a Senior Accountant to manage the full accounting cycle and financial compliance for its portfolio of international clients. This is a full-time, on-site role that provides an excellent opportunity for experienced accounting professionals seeking to work in a dynamic, multicultural consulting environment.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Accountant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end accounting for a diverse set of international clients.

• Ensuring all fiscal and tax obligations are fulfilled in accordance with UAE regulations.

• Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and client documentation.

• Handling VAT returns, corporate tax submissions, and related compliance filings.

• Liaising with clients, auditors, and government entities to ensure smooth operations.

• Offering advisory support on accounting, fiscal, and regulatory matters.

• Maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring adherence to internal quality protocols.

• Reporting directly to the Head of Advisory.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or ACCA are a strong advantage.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably within consultancy firms or international environments.

• Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in Italian and/or Arabic is a plus.

• Deep knowledge of UAE tax laws, VAT regulations, and corporate compliance standards.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Proficient in accounting software and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).

• High degree of autonomy and problem-solving skills; client service orientation is essential.

• Currently residing in Dubai with immediate availability preferred.
