Position: Legal Officer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month (all-inclusive)

A leading real estate firm in Dubai is looking for a seasoned Legal Officer with a strong background in real estate law. This role is critical to ensuring legal compliance, safeguarding corporate interests, and supporting transactional activities within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, including MOUs, NDAs, PPAs, and SPAs.

• Advise senior management on legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

• Ensure all contracts and business practices comply with UAE real estate laws and corporate regulations.

• Collaborate with sales, leasing, finance, and other departments to address legal queries and support operations.

• Provide strategic legal guidance on regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance matters.

Candidate Requirements:

• Open to Arabic and Asian nationals; male, aged 40 or below.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) required; Master’s (LLM) is an advantage.

• Minimum 10 years of legal experience, preferably in the UAE real estate sector.

• In-depth understanding of UAE property laws, ownership structures, and general commercial contract law.

• Fluent in Arabic, English, and French is preferred.
