Legal Officer
Location: Dubai, UAE | Full-Time | Salary: Up to 20K AED/month (all-inclusive)

A prominent real estate company in Dubai, known for its commitment to quality and innovative urban living, is looking to hire a Legal Officer. This role will be responsible for managing legal matters related to real estate transactions and providing essential legal advice to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate real estate agreements such as Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Property Purchase Agreements (PPA), and Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA).

• Advise management on legal risks and propose strategies for mitigating these risks.

• Ensure compliance of all company contracts with UAE laws and relevant real estate regulations.

• Work closely with internal departments (sales, leasing, finance) to provide legal support and guidance on corporate, compliance, and regulatory matters.

Requirements:

• Open to Arabic and Asian nationals.

• Male, aged 40 years or younger.

• Fluency in Arabic, English, and French (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws, property ownership regulations, and general contract law.
