Role Highlights:

• Spearhead FF&E strategy and curation for ultra-luxury residential projects.

• Work directly with top-tier global suppliers, luxury brands, and skilled artisans to deliver one-of-a-kind interior experiences.

• Take ownership of design vision, from concept to final installation, across multiple projects.

• Lead and mentor a small team, setting creative standards and maintaining design excellence.

• Collaborate closely with clients, design directors, and consultants to exceed expectations on every project.

• Source, select, and specify bespoke furniture, art, lighting, and finishes aligned with the studio’s super-prime quality.

Requirements:

• Proven background as a Senior FF&E Designer or FF&E Manager in high-end/luxury residential interiors.

• Strong portfolio showcasing custom, one-off pieces and curated design solutions.

• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a small, high-performing design team.

• In-depth knowledge of international luxury furniture brands, artisans, and design trends.

• Confident in dealing with HNW and UHNW clients, with outstanding presentation and communication skills.

• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: AED 32,000 – 35,000/month
