Job Description:
HEP International, a growing security solutions provider based in Dubai, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for approaching potential clients, promoting our security services, and bringing in new business opportunities. Your role will focus on generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients in Dubai to promote and sell company services.

• Present and demonstrate the company’s security solutions professionally.

• Generate and qualify leads, converting them into successful sales.

• Maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

• Meet and exceed sales targets while reporting progress to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (preferably in the UAE).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, energetic, and target-oriented with a focus on sales growth.

• Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).

• Presentable, well-groomed, and professional in appearance.

• Must be based in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
