Securitas is seeking Flex Security Officers to provide adaptable and high-quality security services across various sites. This full-time role is ideal for individuals who can remain vigilant, interact professionally with the public, and ensure the safety of people and property. Former military or law enforcement professionals are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas and monitor entrances

• Engage in conflict resolution and de-escalation when necessary

• Identify and report safety hazards or suspicious activities

• Interact courteously with clients, employees, and visitors

• Submit accurate incident and witness reports

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Valid Driver’s License

• Ability to remain alert and conduct regular patrols

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Tech-savvy with standard computer skills

• Prior security or customer service experience is a plus

• Must be available for 2 out of 3 shifts (day, evening, night)
