The Wealth Relationship Manager is responsible for achieving financial goals by acquiring and managing a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) Mashreq Gold clients. The role involves deepening client relationships, promoting cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional banking experience that upholds the bank’s reputation and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned financial targets including revenue, sales, and portfolio growth.

• Cross-sell and up-sell Mashreq products to both new and existing customers.

• Acquire new HNW clients through referrals, networking, and marketing activities.

• Deliver personalized service to deepen client relationships and ensure retention.

• Communicate with HNW clients to identify and meet their financial needs.

• Promote the full suite of Mashreq Gold products and wealth management solutions.

• Safeguard the bank from risks (e.g. AML, fraud) and ensure ethical practices.

• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through proactive engagement.

Requirements:

• University degree required.

• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant banking or financial services experience in the UAE.

• CISI Level 1 certification is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of financial markets and banking products.

• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Proven experience with HNW clients and portfolio management.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Culturally sensitive with strong interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude.

• Outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor.
