Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative (Female – Russian/Arabic Speaker) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, meeting with clients on-site, presenting products and services, and securing sales to drive revenue growth. You will be the face of the company, delivering exceptional customer service while actively expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory

• Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

• Prepare and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and product demonstrations

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups

• Manage your own schedule and travel regularly to meet with clients

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful onboarding

Skills and Qualifications:

• Female candidates only, fluent in Russian or Arabic

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in an outside sales capacity

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

• Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently

• Valid driver’s license with a willingness to travel frequently

• Strong presentation skills and ability to tailor solutions to client needs
