Job Title: Café Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Café Manager to take charge of the daily operations of our vibrant café. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong background in team leadership, and a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role combines operations, staff supervision, customer relations, and business strategy to ensure the café’s ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of day-to-day café operations, including opening and closing procedures.

• Lead, train, and schedule café staff to maintain service excellence.

• Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and customer service are consistently met.

• Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of stock.

• Address and resolve customer issues with professionalism and care.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and enhance customer retention.

• Maintain accurate financial records, oversee budget adherence, and manage payroll.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and labor regulations.

• Launch and oversee marketing campaigns to promote the café and attract footfall.

• Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
