Job Title: Data Entry and Records Management Officer

Job Description:
We are hiring a Data Entry and Records Management Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, maintaining, and organizing data in the company system with a high degree of accuracy. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong typing skills, and bilingual communication abilities to ensure data integrity and error-free reporting. You will also support database organization, review data reports for inconsistencies, and communicate issues to the appropriate teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data into the company’s internal system in a timely manner.

  • Review and verify information for completeness and accuracy.

  • Report any data discrepancies or errors to management promptly.

  • Organize and maintain various computer databases for efficient retrieval and tracking.

  • Analyze data reports regularly to detect inconsistencies or patterns requiring attention.

  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the quality and reliability of data records.

Skills:

  • Proficient in operating standard office equipment and data entry software.

  • High typing speed with strong accuracy.

  • Fluent in both Arabic and English for effective communication and documentation.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.

  • Prior experience in data management or administrative support is a plus.
