Job Title: Accounting Manager 

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the financial operations of a renowned real estate company in Dubai. This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in UAE financial regulations, and a proven ability to manage comprehensive accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all financial reporting.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations.

• Ensure full compliance with VAT laws and handle tax-related reporting.

• Manage cash flow planning, budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and detailed financial analysis to support strategic decisions.

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

• Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and ensure all financial practices align with UAE financial laws.

• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and enhance financial data integrity.

Qualifications:

• Open to male candidates of Asian nationality, aged 45 years or below.

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles.

• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent are mandatory.

• Strong expertise in IFRS standards and UAE financial laws and regulations.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to 15,000 AED all-inclusive (depending on experience and qualifications)
