Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Job Description:
We are hiring a highly experienced HR Manager to join a prestigious real estate company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for all employee relations matters and will play a critical role in fostering a productive, legally compliant, and employee-friendly work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing conflicts and inquiries in a fair, professional, and consistent manner.

Ensure all HR practices and policies comply with UAE labor laws.

Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, organizational development, and retention strategies in alignment with business goals.

Oversee HR administrative operations, including leave tracking, end-of-service settlements, and employee benefits programs.
Qualifications:

Open to Arabic nationals

Male, aged between 30 to 45 years

Minimum 8 years of HR experience in the real estate industry in the UAE.

Proven experience managing HR for a team of 100+ employees.

Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
