Job Title: Human Resources Manager 

Job Description:
We are hiring a highly experienced HR Manager to join a prestigious real estate company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for all employee relations matters and will play a critical role in fostering a productive, legally compliant, and employee-friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing conflicts and inquiries in a fair, professional, and consistent manner.

• Ensure all HR practices and policies comply with UAE labor laws.

• Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, organizational development, and retention strategies in alignment with business goals.

• Oversee HR administrative operations, including leave tracking, end-of-service settlements, and employee benefits programs.

Qualifications:

• Open to Arabic nationals

• Male, aged between 30 to 45 years

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience in the real estate industry in the UAE.

• Proven experience managing HR for a team of 100+ employees.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
