We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on IT Manager to lead our technology operations across infrastructure, networking, security, and end-user support. Based in the UAE, this strategic role will ensure 24/7 uptime, performance, and resilience across our systems, while also guiding the organization through complex cloud and cybersecurity transformations.
Key Objectives:

Ensure seamless IT operations, up-to-date systems, and secure, scalable infrastructure.

Oversee internal networks, systems, and IT support to deliver uninterrupted business operations.

Provide strong leadership to a multi-functional IT team.
Core Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Management
-
Oversee deployment, configuration, and hardening of systems, networks, cloud platforms (Azure, GCP), and IoT environments.

Lead virtualization and disaster recovery strategies using tools like Hyper-V, Veeam, and Commvault.
-
Maintain high availability and uptime of all IT services and platforms.
Security & Compliance
-
Lead IT audits (ISO 27001, TISAX), manage risk assessments, and enforce endpoint/server security policies.

Manage patching, vulnerability scanning, incident response, and firewall configurations (FortiGate, Cisco).
-
Ensure regulatory and certification compliance with internal and external stakeholders.
Project & Team Management
-
Supervise the IT Lead, Network Engineers, and IT support staff.
-
Drive cloud transformation, agile adoption, and DevOps integration across the business.
-
Develop and manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
Operational Excellence
-
Monitor and maintain WAN/LAN, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls, and Wi-Fi networks.

Administer AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, and telephony (Polycom, IVR, Genesys).

Support end-user hardware and software needs (Windows, macOS, M365, mobile).
Required Skills & Technologies:
Technical:
-
Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, GCP, SharePoint, AD Connect, TrendMicro, PRTG, REST APIs, SQL.

Networking & Security: FortiGate, Cisco, IDS/IPS, VPNs, Firewall/Web Filtering, SIEM tools.
-
Experience managing call center solutions, including IVR, SLA tracking, and basic analytics.
Managerial:
-
5+ years in IT leadership roles, overseeing complex IT operations and compliance projects.

Deep understanding of ITSM, cloud migration, business continuity, and IT governance.
-
Strategic thinking, strong decision-making, and project execution abilities.
Qualifications:
Mandatory:
-
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

UAE-based candidates only.
Preferred:
-
Hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud stack, security protocols, and open-source technologies (Linux, Kubernetes, DevOps tools).

Familiarity with advanced SLDC, containerized services, and modern analytics platforms.
