Chalhoub Group is seeking a Fashion Consultant for Axel Arigato in Dubai. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, supporting brand loyalty programs, and driving in-store initiatives.

Role Overview:
As a Fashion Consultant, you will be responsible for client engagement, achieving sales goals, and supporting customer relationship management (CRM), brand marketing, and visual merchandising initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience.

• Build strong client relationships across omni-channels.

• Collect and analyze customer behavior data (top sellers, slow movers).

• Support CRM and customer loyalty program (MUSE).

• Assist with in-store events, activations, and marketing initiatives.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and operational procedures.

• Stay updated on Axel Arigato’s social media activities and campaigns.

• Provide product feedback and support buying decisions.

• Maintain accurate and updated customer data for marketing initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Experience in fashion retail sales; luxury/high-end brand experience is an advantage.

• Excellent selling techniques and customer service skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Passion for fashion and Axel Arigato products.

• Proactive, team-oriented, and willing to learn and grow.

• Flexible availability based on business needs.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1–2 years in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury segments.
