Securitas is hiring Entry Level Security Officers to help maintain a safe and secure environment for clients. No prior security experience required—full training provided.

Role Overview:
Security Officers are responsible for observing and reporting activities at assigned locations to ensure the safety of people and property.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion.

• Provide customer service and information to visitors and staff.

• Respond to incidents swiftly and professionally.

• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, sometimes involving stairs and uneven terrain.

• Perform light lifting/moving of materials as needed (up to 25 pounds).

• Maintain accurate and timely activity reports.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to remain alert and observant at all times.

• Capable of passing a background check and drug screen.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to meet applicable licensing requirements (training provided).

Experience:

• No previous security experience required—training provided.

• Background in retail, food service, or hospitality is a plus.
