Job Title: Application Server Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Application Server Engineer to support and enhance our connected car service applications. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operation, support, and improvement of mission-critical automotive systems. You will lead incident management, change management, and work closely with business teams to ensure seamless system performance and continual service enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and enhance connected car service applications.

• Lead the support and operations for connected car system applications, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Manage incident resolution, change management, and problem management processes.

• Drive operational enhancements and improvements across application services.

• Collaborate directly with business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that optimize processes.

• Implement, deploy, and maintain the technical solutions provided.

• Ensure system uptime and proactively address any technical issues.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6+ years of development or technical support experience.

• At least 3+ years’ experience supporting applications across platform stacks (SQL, Java, .NET, C#, Perl, Python) or SaaS solutions.

• Proficient with modern CI/CD tools and techniques.

• Strong understanding of automotive infrastructure and public cloud services, preferably AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).

• Solid understanding of XML/SOAP, web services, and web application development.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
