Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic DevOps Lead to architect, implement, and manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure for our operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift, and advanced DevOps practices, driving automation, scalability, security, and system reliability across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises (OpenShift, VMware Tanzu) infrastructures.

• Lead and mentor the DevOps team, setting best practices and technical standards for automation, CI/CD, and cloud architecture.

• Drive CI/CD automation initiatives using Jenkins, ArgoCD, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.

• Manage Kubernetes environments (EKS, AKS, GKE, OpenShift), with expertise in Helm, Kustomize, and Istio.

• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, and Ansible.

• Implement DevSecOps practices, ensuring compliance with cloud security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST).

• Oversee observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor.

• Manage and optimize networking and API management using Kong Gateway, Nginx, and AWS API Gateway.

• Enhance cloud security posture with VPC management, firewall configuration, security groups, WAF, etc.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize deployments, security, and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10–15 years of proven experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure management, and CI/CD automation.

• Deep expertise in multi-cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift).

• Proficient in Kubernetes orchestration and service mesh tools.

• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, and Lambda.

• Solid background in network and cloud security systems.

• Effective leadership and mentoring abilities, with strong collaboration skills across teams.

• Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector is an added advantage.
