fäm Properties, one of Dubai’s leading real estate companies, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (Arabic Speaker) to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a Lead Qualifier, playing a crucial part in identifying and qualifying high-potential leads to support the sales team’s success. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will gather essential information, assess lead quality, and ensure a seamless transition to the sales team, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate incoming leads, ensuring all essential details are accurately captured and client needs are clearly identified.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate lead information within the CRM system, thoroughly documenting all interactions and lead qualification statuses.

• Collaborate with the sales team to review qualification insights, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment.

• Work closely with the marketing team to analyze lead quality, track conversion rates, and provide regular feedback to optimize the lead generation process.

• Prepare and present regular reports on lead qualification success and other key performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Native Arabic speaker with excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities.

• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused with a strong ability to assess and prioritize leads based on their potential.

• Proficient in fast typing and experienced in CRM systems management.

• Familiarity with AVAYA software and devices is highly desirable.

Work Arrangement:

• This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
