About the Opportunity

Quest Search and Selection is proud to partner with a prestigious international sports equipment brand to find a talented Inside Sales Executive based in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to represent a world-class brand, boost sales revenue, and play a vital role in expanding the customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed quarterly inside sales targets through proactive outreach and lead generation.

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to B2B and B2C clients, delivering personalized sales experiences and tailored solutions.

• Support the field Sales Team by scheduling and coordinating customer visits.

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM database (Salesforce experience is a plus).

• Gather and relay valuable market feedback to support business strategies.

• Manage the complete customer journey from order placement to installation, while identifying opportunities to upsell additional products or services.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service roles.

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a focus on Business Development or Sales.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

• Strong organizational skills and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred).

• Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning.
