Job Title: Architectural Engineer 

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Engineer to join our dynamic team in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on high-rise buildings and luxury villa developments. You should possess deep knowledge of architectural design principles, construction techniques, and UAE building regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural designs and technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.

• Review, approve, and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, and construction documentation.

• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to deliver integrated and seamless project solutions.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and local regulations.

• Ensure that all architectural designs comply with UAE building codes and obtain necessary approvals from authorities such as DM, ADM, and Trakhees.

• Support design development, feasibility studies, and participate in client presentations.

• Oversee architectural detailing and preparation of construction specifications for both high-rise and villa projects.

• Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited university.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with significant exposure to high-rise and luxury villa projects within the UAE.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• In-depth knowledge of UAE building regulations, standards, and approval processes.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
