Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our Contracting & Interior Fit-Out division. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and driving sustainable business growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet and exceed client expectations while upholding the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the contracting and interior fit-out sectors.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.

• Lead the preparation and submission of tenders, bids, and proposals, ensuring they align with client needs and organizational capabilities.

• Manage and track the project pipeline, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.

• Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with project management and design teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance brand presence and generate new leads.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development within the contracting, interior fit-out, or construction industries.

• Strong network and deep understanding of market dynamics in the UAE.

• Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycles and foster long-term client relationships.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Valid UAE driving license with access to own vehicle.

• Knowledge of contracting processes, construction practices, and interior fit-out solutions is highly preferred.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
