Job Title: Junior Financial Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to assist in the financial analysis, reporting, and monthly financial closing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and will assist the finance team in ensuring accuracy in financial records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Analyze balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Month-End Records: Maintain accurate month-end financial records by reviewing and verifying all financial statements.

• Audit Support: Assist independent auditors in performing annual evaluations and ensure all financial records are in order.

• Financial Closing: Understand and contribute to the financial closing process on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Management Assistance: Provide accurate financial assessments to assist senior management in making critical business decisions.

• Compliance & Coordination: Ensure financial activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, and collaborate with management to keep fiscal operations up to standard.

Skills & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.

• Knowledge: Understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and understand the relationship between financial figures.

• Microsoft Suite Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, for financial tasks and analysis.

• Communication: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with management and team members.
