Job Title: Barista

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to become an integral part of our Ca Phin team. As a Barista, you will be the face of our brand, delivering high-quality, handcrafted Vietnamese coffee to our customers while providing a friendly and memorable experience.

You will prepare and serve a range of coffee beverages with consistency and care, share your knowledge of coffee origins and brewing methods, and maintain a clean and organized café environment. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere, contributing to a vibrant team and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coffee Preparation: Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with consistency, ensuring the highest quality.

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and create an inviting atmosphere, offering an exceptional customer experience.

• Product Knowledge: Share insights on Ca Phin’s coffee origins, brewing methods, and unique offerings.

• Café Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workspace to ensure a pleasant environment.

• Opening and Closing Duties: Handle daily opening and closing tasks efficiently.

• Health & Safety: Adhere to health and safety standards at all times to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.

Shift Details:

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (1-hour break included)

• Days: 6 days a week

Employment Terms:

• Initial 6-Month Probation Period:

  • No visa, insurance, accommodation, or transport provided.

  • Sick leave or regular leave will be unpaid during this period.

• Post-Probation (After 6 Months):

  • Visa and health insurance provided.

  • Leaves in compliance with UAE Labour Laws.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of barista experience preferred (specialty coffee experience is a plus).

• Customer Service: Passion for providing excellent customer service with superb client interaction skills.

• Communication: Strong communication skills in English.

• Team Player: Energetic, reliable, and a team-oriented attitude.

• Coffee Knowledge: Thorough understanding of coffee offerings and proficiency in handling espresso machines.
