BEACON RED is seeking a Translator (Role Player) to support training exercises by performing scripted and improvised role-playing scenarios in both Arabic and English. The successful candidate will provide accurate translations and ensure cultural and technical accuracy in training contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform role-playing scenarios in both Arabic and English for training exercises.

• Accurately translate written and verbal communications between English and Arabic.

• Ensure that cultural context, idiomatic expressions, and technical terms are correctly conveyed in translations and during role-playing.

• Assist in preparing training materials, including translations and contextualization.

• Collaborate with trainers and exercise coordinators to deliver authentic training scenarios.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout exercises.

• Provide feedback on language, culture, and context to improve the realism of training scenarios.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken), with strong translation and interpretation skills.

• Previous experience in translation, interpretation, acting, or training support is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with regional dialects and cultural practices within Arabic-speaking countries.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to quickly adapt to changing scenarios and exercise requirements.

• Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential assignments.
