About the Role:
We are looking for highly skilled and attentive Lifeguards to join our team in Dubai. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of patrons at our swimming facilities, performing rescues, administering first aid, and maintaining safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor swimming areas to identify potential safety hazards and prevent accidents.

• Perform rescues quickly and efficiently using the appropriate techniques and equipment.

• Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, providing effective communication with victims and bystanders.

• Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions to ensure preparedness for emergencies.

• Engage with patrons to promote safety rules and foster a positive, safety-conscious environment.

• Inspect and maintain lifeguard equipment and rescue tools to ensure they are in top condition.

• Keep detailed records of incidents, rescues, and injuries, helping track safety trends and improve future protocols.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong swimming skills, including the ability to swim long distances and perform rescues.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Ability to remain calm and focused during high-pressure situations.

• Good physical fitness and stamina to carry out long shifts and perform rescues.

• Knowledge of water safety protocols, first aid, and CPR.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
