Fionics is recruiting for a top crypto-native High-Frequency Trading (HFT) client. We’re seeking an experienced Business Development professional to drive the launch and growth of a Crypto OTC Desk in Dubai and other global hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development for the Crypto OTC trading desk.

• Leverage relationships with Crypto Foundations and treasury teams to onboard high-value counterparties.

• Identify and build strategic partnerships across the crypto ecosystem.

• Work closely with internal trading and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of large transactions.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Proven experience in business development for crypto OTC markets.

• Strong network with Crypto Foundations and treasury teams.

• Deep understanding of crypto trading, OTC market structures, and current industry dynamics.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
