Outsized, a high-growth disruptor in the talent economy, is hiring a Solutions Architect for a global energy management client. This role is crucial to advancing digital transformation initiatives, optimizing customer processes, and implementing GenAI solutions to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and technical guidance on segment-specific customer processes and solutions.

• Analyze customer business challenges and requirements to propose optimized, tailored solutions.

• Work closely with sales teams and customers as a trusted advisor and technical consultant.

• Define, customize, and validate architectures that meet customer needs and ensure differentiated value delivery.

• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards while aligning with business goals.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

• Extensive experience in systems engineering, solution architecture, or related roles.

• Industry background in energy management or similar sectors.

• Strong knowledge of diverse technologies, platforms, and architectural frameworks.

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Superior communication and interpersonal skills for effective client collaboration.

• 6-month contract.
