EY is seeking a Director – Risk Consulting – Digital Risk to join its Abu Dhabi office, focusing on the Energy sector. You will lead Digital Risk initiatives, helping clients manage risks related to fast-evolving technologies while contributing to EY’s growth across the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Digital Risk initiatives, advising clients on IT, cybersecurity, emerging technologies, and technology risk management.

• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

• Manage project delivery, team leadership, and client expectations.

• Develop new business opportunities through account management and cross-sector collaboration.

• Support and mentor teams, enhancing their technical and leadership capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or Finance (preferred).

• Over 10 years of relevant experience in IT Risk Consulting, ideally in the Energy sector.

• Proven success in the MENA/GCC region.

• Deep knowledge of Digital Risk areas such as cybersecurity, ERP controls, cloud security, emerging technologies, IT audit, and compliance.

• Professional certifications like CISA, CISSP, CISM, CBCP, CIA, or equivalent (essential or highly preferred).

• Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.

• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
