About the Role:
As a Client Relationship Mediator, you will be at the heart of ensuring client satisfaction by helping customers find the ideal maid to meet their household needs. Your ability to carefully assess client requirements, shortlist candidates, and communicate persuasively will be essential in maintaining high retention rates and minimizing service cancellations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients facing challenges with maid replacements by identifying suitable candidates tailored to their specific needs.

• Review and analyze client profiles shared by Relationship Managers (RBs) to understand expectations and preferences.

• Conduct in-person interviews with maid candidates and prepare a carefully curated shortlist for client selection.

• Engage directly with clients who express dissatisfaction or are considering canceling the service.

• Use strong communication and problem-solving skills to address concerns, build trust, and offer customized solutions.

• Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations to help clients make informed decisions while ensuring service excellence.

• Maintain a 6-day work schedule, offering flexibility to meet client demands promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to understand client needs and match them with the right candidates.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Previous experience in shortlisting, recruitment, or client service roles is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills, professionalism, and patience in handling client concerns.

• Persuasive mindset focused on customer retention and service improvement.

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to changing client needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Must be based in the UAE.

• Must be a fluent Arabic speaker.
