About the Job:
As a Strategy Manager focused on the Healthcare sector, you will play a key leadership role in delivering high-impact strategic projects to a range of clients including governments, hospitals, and healthcare providers across the MENA region. You will work closely with C-suite executives to develop long-term strategies, market entry plans, growth roadmaps, and more.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead workstreams and client engagements, translating client needs into actionable project plans.

Develop strategies involving market analysis, customer research, macroeconomic forecasting, and portfolio optimization.

Advise on transaction rationales and identify critical risks and opportunities.
-
Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses and convert insights into structured strategic recommendations.

Engage in direct communication with senior client executives, contributing to high-level strategic discussions.

Travel within the MENA region as needed (approximately 25–50% of the time).
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution with outstanding academic performance.

4–6 years of experience in strategy consulting or strategic advisory.
-
Proven track record of working on “big-picture” strategy projects (e.g., growth strategy, market entry, go-to-market).

Strong analytical skills and business judgment.
-
Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines under pressure.

Willingness and ability to travel within the MENA region.
Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or Master’s degree from a top-tier business school.

Prior experience advising healthcare clients or working in healthcare strategy.

Full fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is a strong advantage.

Exceptional problem-solving, interpersonal, and project management skills.
