About the Job:
Aldar Education is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Physical Education Teacher for Mubarak Bin Mohammed Charter School, starting August 2025. The successful candidate will inspire a love for fitness and healthy living, nurture individual talents, and promote excellence in student achievement through engaging and inclusive PE lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality PE lessons aligned with curriculum objectives.

• Create a learning climate that promotes high levels of motivation, engagement, and progress.

• Use a variety of teaching strategies and differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners.

• Identify and support students with SEN or gifted talents in sports.

• Continuously assess, record, and report student progress to inform teaching and learning.

• Contribute to the development of the PE curriculum and extracurricular sports programs.

• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment that promotes student well-being.

• Participate in school events, parents’ evenings, open days, and marketing initiatives.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a specialization in Physical Education or equivalent (e.g., PGCE in PE).

• Minimum 1 year of experience teaching Physical Education.

• Strong knowledge of effective PE teaching practices and child-centered learning strategies.

• Warmth, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for promoting physical literacy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
