Air Arabia PJSC (G9), the first and largest low-cost carrier in the Middle East and North Africa, is seeking passionate and service-oriented individuals to join its Cabin Crew team based in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. As a Cabin Crew member, you will act as the face of Air Arabia, striving to enhance customer loyalty and promote a positive corporate image by ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the flight journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely attendance, grooming, and compliance with all legal and operational standards.

• Attend pre-flight briefings to understand flight details, role assignments, security checks, and targets.

• Deliver safety instructions and monitor passenger compliance with safety procedures.

• Identify and report safety and security risks to Cabin Supervisor and act as per SOPs.

• Administer first aid and assist passengers in case of emergencies.

• Welcome and assist passengers during boarding and throughout the flight.

• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to passengers’ needs and managing pre-booked requests.

• Promote and sell onboard products and charity programs to achieve sales targets.

• Handle cash and credit card transactions securely and accurately.

• Conduct pre-flight equipment checks and report deficiencies.

• Ensure cabin cleanliness and adequate stock of catering and duty-free items.

• Complete post-flight reporting, including cabin assessments and sales closures.

• Maintain professional knowledge through recurrent training and workshops.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate required; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus.

• Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Fluent in written and spoken English; fluency in Arabic is preferred.

• Physically and medically fit with the ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device.

Requirements:

• Age: 20 to 26 years for candidates without prior cabin crew experience; up to 33 years for experienced cabin crew.

• Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male).

• Weight proportional to height and age.

• Clear skin with no visible tattoos or marks while in uniform.

• Flexibility to work in shifts and for extended hours.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing schedule.

Experience:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Previous experience as a cabin crew member or in customer service within the aviation or hospitality sectors is preferred.

• Active cabin crew license is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, meet set KPIs, and uphold company procedures.
