E&P Software is seeking a seasoned Asset Manager to lead and oversee integrated oil and gas field development projects. The role demands a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge across the full production lifecycle—from reservoir performance to surface facilities—aimed at maximizing asset value and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage integrated activities across field appraisal, development, and production.

• Oversee the complete production system from reservoir to custody transfer.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, SMEs, and clients to optimize asset performance.

• Contribute to and lead cross-functional asset teams through all project lifecycle phases (screening, planning, execution, close-out).

• Drive financial performance (P&L) of assigned assets through strategic resource allocation and technology adoption.

• Represent the company in both technical and commercial matters with partners.

• Ensure technical accuracy and quality of all deliverables.

• Administer contracts related to project execution and deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required).

• 15+ years of experience in the E&P (Exploration & Production) industry, including at least 5 years in an operator environment.

• Broad understanding of value drivers and risks from field assessment to hydrocarbon monetization.

• Proven track record in value creation through production optimization and cost management.

• Arabic language skills are preferred.

• Chartered/licensed professional engineering certification is a plus.
