Cloudflare is seeking a Field CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) for the MENA region, a dynamic leadership role focused on cybersecurity strategy, customer engagement, and market development. This hybrid, full-time position is ideal for a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in cloud technologies, enterprise security, and digital transformation.

The Field CISO will be responsible for building executive-level relationships with customers, developing and implementing go-to-market strategies, and serving as a public-facing technical authority for Cloudflare across MENA. The role involves working closely with Cloudflare’s global teams—including Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing—to promote adoption of its industry-leading security and performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver executive-level presentations and product demonstrations to customers and prospects.

• Shape and implement region-specific technology and market strategies aligned with corporate goals.

• Communicate Cloudflare’s value proposition to stakeholders across business and technical domains.

• Represent Cloudflare in public forums, industry events, analyst briefings, and media engagements.

• Collaborate with global leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize regional initiatives.

• Engage in CRM activities and drive customer adoption of Cloudflare solutions.

• Provide input on product evolution based on market feedback and customer needs.

• Build and manage strategic relationships with senior executives at customer organizations.

• Travel regionally (~30%) to meet with clients and support field activities.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in IT, Cybersecurity, Consultancy, or Telecommunications.

• At least 3 years in a leadership or client-facing security role.

• Strong relationships with CxO-level decision-makers in the region.

• Experience in cloud computing models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and enterprise digital transformation.

• Solid background in cybersecurity, risk governance, and security operations.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

• Track record of thought leadership and public speaking engagements.

• Proven ability to shape technology strategy and drive business outcomes.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in high-growth tech start-ups or large-scale service providers.

• Leadership in high-performing technical teams.

• Deep understanding of web-scale organizations and security best practices.

• Experience contributing to or leading digital innovation and transformation projects.
