As a Stage Manager, you will be at the heart of ensuring seamless stage operations and immersive experiences at our world-class venues, where guests experience unparalleled service, entertainment, and ambiance. Your expertise will help us deliver flawless performances that cater to an elite clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backstage Operations: Lead and oversee all backstage activities before, during, and after performances.

• Prop Management: Ensure that props are correctly prepped, placed, and returned for each act, and maintain prop storage areas and inventories.

• Timing & Coordination: Work closely with the Artistic Director, Show Manager, performers, and technical crews to align timing, cues, and show flows.

• Show Management: Run rehearsals, manage show calls, and ensure that performers are ready for each segment. Oversee entrances, exits, scene changes, and prop handoffs in real time.

• Safety & Procedures: Enforce safety protocols and procedures on and around the stage.

• Prop Maintenance: Handle minor repairs and upkeep of props during the show and propose improvements when necessary.

• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate prompt books, cue sheets, and show reports for ongoing improvement and quality control.

Who You Are:

• Experience: Previous experience as a Stage Manager or Assistant Stage Manager in live entertainment, theatre, or immersive shows is required.

• Skills: Strong backstage coordination and prop management skills with excellent organizational abilities.

• Problem-Solving: Able to remain calm under pressure with quick decision-making instincts.

• Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with various departments.

• Physical Fitness: Able to handle props and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Tech Skills: Familiarity with stage management systems or cueing software is a plus.

• Flexibility: Comfortable with evening, weekend, and holiday work schedules.

• Additional Skills: Basic skills in prop fabrication or repair would be an advantage.
