The company is looking for a talented Garments Designer to help develop fresh concepts, create seasonal collections, and expand the brand’s apparel line.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Design Development:

   • Conceptualize and design trend-forward unisex apparel such as shirts, hoodies, embroidered pieces, and more.

   • Develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and mood boards to bring designs to life.

2. Collaboration & Brand Alignment:

   • Work closely with the founder to ensure your designs align with the brand vision and current market trends.

   • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, colors, and materials to incorporate into designs.

3. Fabric & Construction Research:

   • Research fabrics, trims, and construction techniques to ensure designs are both stylish and production-friendly.

   • Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure accurate prototyping and sampling.

4. Trend Research & Adaptation:

   • Keep track of ongoing fashion trends, ensuring designs remain fresh and in line with what’s in demand.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fashion or garment design (a portfolio is required).

• Proficient in sketching and digital design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO 3D.

• Knowledgeable about fabric types, garment construction, and pattern-making basics.

• Strong creative abilities and a keen passion for fashion, especially with a focus on unisex and streetwear aesthetics.

• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

• Experience with embroidery or graphic apparel is a plus.
