RINO invest Group Ltd is looking for a Property Consultant to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and negotiation skills with a passion for real estate. This role involves marketing and selling both residential and commercial properties, focusing on both the UAE market and international properties, particularly in Spain. Key Responsibilities:

1. Property Sales & Marketing

   • Market and sell residential and commercial properties, with a focus on both the UAE and international properties (especially Spain).

   • Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients and investors, providing consultation to meet their investment goals.

2. Real Estate Consultations

   • Provide expert real estate consultations tailored to clients’ needs, helping them achieve their investment objectives.

   • Analyze market trends and competitor projects to offer informed advice to clients.

3. Sales Performance

   • Meet monthly and annual sales targets.

   • Proactively seek new clients and investors to grow the portfolio.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of experience in real estate sales within the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of the local and international real estate market (experience with the Spanish market is a plus).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages, such as Spanish or Chinese, is an advantage.

• Ability to work effectively within a team to achieve collective results.
