Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Finance & Accounts Manager to lead our financial operations at a dynamic and growing construction company in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a critical role in financial planning, compliance, and reporting, working closely with leadership to support the company’s performance and long-term goals in the competitive construction market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, monthly reports, budgets, and long-term forecasts.

• Ensure full compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT laws, and construction-specific standards.

• Manage internal and external audits, liaise with tax consultants, and support regulatory filings.

• Monitor cash flow and implement financial strategies to optimize liquidity and manage risk.

• Continuously enhance accounting systems and internal controls for accuracy and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with project managers and senior executives to provide actionable financial insights for business planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the UAE construction industry.

• In-depth understanding of UAE financial legislation and construction accounting practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.

• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and leadership capabilities.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• High integrity and attention to detail.
