• ✅ 8–10+ years in Compliance, AML, Financial Crime, or Regulatory Roles

• ✅ Certified MLRO, Compliance Officer, or equivalent

• ✅ Deep knowledge of DFSA, ADGM, FATF and related regimes

• ✅ Leadership experience at a financial institution or advisory firm

• ✅ Strong client relationships and commercial acumen

• ✅ An entrepreneurial mindset with a vision to build something lasting
