Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team at Coldwell Banker UAE, specializing in off-plan and secondary luxury properties. In this role, you will guide clients through property viewings, negotiate deals, and manage the entire sales process while building strong relationships with property owners, sellers, and developers.

You will stay informed about market trends and property values in Dubai, offering expert advice to clients, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the transaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and goals, offering tailored property solutions.

  • Conduct professional property viewings, providing in-depth information about properties and their features.

  • Negotiate sales terms, ensuring favorable agreements for both sales and leasing transactions.

  • Stay updated on the latest market trends, property values, and competitor activity in the UAE real estate market.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Stay well-versed in new luxury and branded residence developments and property launches.

  • Present compelling sales proposals aligned with client preferences and needs.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction management.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism and integrity at all times.

  • Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets, contributing to continuous business growth.

  • Partner with the marketing team to execute high-end marketing strategies for properties.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in luxury real estate.

  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and a history of successful transactions.

  • Strong understanding of real estate, with a passion for the industry.

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and build relationships with clients.

  • High attention to detail, particularly in luxury properties and finishes.

  • UAE driving license (or eligible for conversion).

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate, ideally in a similar role.

  • RERA license or equivalent real estate knowledge is highly preferred.
