Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Procurement Manager to join our successful construction company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, ensuring the timely acquisition of high-quality materials and services at competitive prices, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety to support our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.

• Manage and foster strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable delivery and optimal pricing.

• Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors and subcontractors to secure beneficial agreements.

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure procurement activities are aligned with project needs.

• Monitor market trends and assess new suppliers to enhance procurement efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports to support budgeting, audits, and compliance.

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Procurement Manager in the construction industry.

• Strong understanding of construction materials, equipment, and market trends in the UAE.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build strong supplier relationships.

• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
