Our client is a leading distribution company in the Middle East, specializing in bringing some of Italy’s best-known retail brands to the region. They are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations across multiple locations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional food quality, superior customer service, and maintain cleanliness across all outlets.

Role Overview:

In this position, you will be responsible for managing operations across seven locations, ensuring that all aspects of the business meet high standards. You will hire, train, and manage staff, develop a motivated team, and ensure financial and operational performance is optimized. A key part of the role includes managing profitability and compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across 7 locations, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.

• Hire, train, and manage store managers and staff, fostering a positive and efficient team culture.

• Monitor financial performance, including sales, labor costs, inventory, and food costs, implementing strategies to improve profitability.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all locations.

• Handle customer escalations professionally, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Skills & Competencies:

• Male candidates preferred, 40 years old or younger.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the hospitality or food service industry, with at least 3 years in multi-unit management.

• Strong expertise in restaurant operations, P&L management, and team leadership.

• Must hold a valid UAE Driver’s license.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience: 3+ years in multi-unit restaurant management.

• Residence location: United Arab Emirates.
