Position: Sales Executive – Lighting Projects
Location: UAE

Role Overview:
Join Afaq Al Khaleej Engineering Resources LLC as a Sales Executive to drive B2B sales in the lighting sector. In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end sales cycle—identifying leads, crafting solutions, and closing deals. You’ll collaborate with technical teams to align proposals with client needs, manage a high-performing sales team, and represent the company at major industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

  • Identify and engage potential clients (contractors, consultants, architects, developers).

  • Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility.

  • Track market trends and discover new business opportunities.

  • Maintain CRM systems and sales pipelines.

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve goals.

  • Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the lighting industry.

  • In-depth understanding of lighting technologies and project applications.

  • Knowledge of lighting control systems is a plus.

  • UAE-based applicants only.
