Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage sales efforts to meet business targets and expand market presence.

• Focus on B2B sales, specifically engaging with key decision-makers and maintaining top-down communication strategies.

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the perfume industry, with the goal of expanding the business into additional industries.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and market share.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional and sales campaigns.

• Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Required Skills & Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least one year of experience in B2B sales.

• Proven track record of managing key accounts and generating new business opportunities.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Prior experience within the perfume industry is highly preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability to effectively utilize CRM software to track and manage sales progress.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:
