LNKD is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their dynamic team. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, create roadmaps, and lead product delivery across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision and Strategy:

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market demands.

  • Drive strategic product initiatives to maintain competitive advantage.

  • Establish measurable product goals, KPIs, and success metrics, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer demands.

• Roadmap Development and Execution:

  • Develop and execute a customer-centric product roadmap through collaboration with Technology, UX/UI, and Business teams.

  • Work with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely delivery of the roadmap.

  • Prioritize and sequence development activities to optimize resource utilization.

• Product Delivery and Lifecycle Management:

  • Accountable for product delivery in line with the roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.

  • Manage user stories and product requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Continuously improve product requirements based on evolving goals and user needs.

• Continuous Improvement and Optimization:

  • Optimize and enhance the product’s features based on user feedback and market changes.

  • Use data sources such as user analytics, feedback loops, and market benchmarks to inform product iterations.

  • Implement testing methodologies like A/B testing to evolve features.

• Market and User Research:

  • Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and user needs.

  • Gather insights and feedback from customers to inform product development.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in engineering, business, economics, marketing, or related fields).

• Minimum Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in Web3, blockchain-focused products.

• Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in product management, including developing strategies and managing product life cycles.

  • Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and smart contract development.

  • Strong network in the Web3 and AI communities.

  • Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar.

  • Experience in Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM.

  • Familiarity with UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
