Salt is partnering with a leading property development company specializing in residential projects. They are looking for a Relationship Manager to join their team. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, while ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Building:

   • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

2. Client Needs Analysis:

   • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.

3. Primary Point of Contact:

   • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Collaboration:

   • Work with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and project management, to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.

5. Client Interaction:

   • Facilitate meetings and presentations with clients to provide project updates and gather feedback.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in client relationship management, preferably in real estate development.

• Skills:

  • Strong understanding of real estate development processes and market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

• Languages: Fluent in Chinese, French, Turkish, or Arabic is a must.
